Does David Duke sound like Noam Chomsky, or does Noam Chomsky sound like David Duke?
RE: More than fifty years before Syria began sheltering Iraqi war criminals, it was sheltering Nazi war criminals. I
The crux of the matter. We allowed the cancer of Nazism to continue growing in Asia. We only removed the tumor from part of Europe. The overall cancer condition still exists in the patient. Big trouble ahead.
On the contrary, most pride themselves as different and enlightened from the unwashed masses. Validation would mean legitimizing of the herd, and so they tend to avoid and reject such recognition.
Who has time for this evil nonsense?
The International Left has a lot to answer for for basically excusing and apologizing for the growth of David Duke style anti-semitism in the Middle East -- just remember the UN Durban Conference to promote international racism and the one-sided condemnations of Israel but never Palestinians constantly streaming forth from Europe...
Unfortunately, there will be a sequel, "Why did the US let him back in?" The author of that one will have a tougher time finding good reasons.
Syria invited David Duke so that its citizens could be indoctrinated and focus their fear on external enemies, rather than question their own government. A population that is in fear or proccupies with hatred will tolerate corruption and misrule by the government.

Was Syria under the mistaken impression that anyone in the US actually gives a crap about what David Duke says about anything?
