Any LEO want to chime in on when you pop for this? I see it every day in local arrest records; usually with other charges.

Who the hell cares if he was caught smoking the stuff. Would he really be harming anyone?

He is on probation. When you're on probation in Texas (other states too) part of your probation is random searches and anytime you have contact with the police you and your vehicle are going to be searched.

Does anyone else find it odd that this website is the only one who has it that he was arrested on an outstanding warrant? Wouldn't it be bigger news than this?

Sounds like he got a speeding ticket in Irving, didn't pay it, then got caught in Plano. Since he didn't pay the Irving ticket, a warrant had been issued and that's why the cop was arresting him and searching the car in Plano. So if he would have just taken care of the Irving ticket, the Plano episode would have just been another speeding ticket, not an arrest and search. Moral of the story: Pay your damn tickets!

ESPN canned Limbaugh for being politally incorrect, I'll be curious to see how this pans out.I'd agree. There is a past history, but I'd like to see how it pans out as well.

Is a cop going to file a spurious charge on a Master of the Universe?Yep.

All I found was 4 years probation in a '96 felony coke bust.
Guess he has kept his nose clean, since.

Got a pair of hemostats that you bought at an auto store to work on some wiring and put them in your glovebox ? Your Busted. Although I can't envision Irvin working underneath his dashboard.

He was on ESPN today, grinning and making the same boob of himself he does every week.
Someone got audio on when he got busted with the Cowboys where he did the thing about "that didn't go over my tongue, over my teeth or past my lips?" The guy is a world class fool.
Can't stand listening to the guy. Sometimes I mute the channel rather than listen.

my cousin Lee Roy Jordan played for the Cowboys when they really were America's team...now? well need I say more! and let me tell you, if Lee Roy didn't get in the HoF as probably the greatest defensive player ever, then the coke head Irvin sure doesn't deserve to make it!!!!!

It could've been a half crushed Coke can....or, a paperclip....or, a lighter and a spoon in the glove compartment.....or......maybe an empty pill bottle/sandwich baggie left under the seat.
