Sounds like he got a speeding ticket in Irving, didn't pay it, then got caught in Plano. Since he didn't pay the Irving ticket, a warrant had been issued and that's why the cop was arresting him and searching the car in Plano. So if he would have just taken care of the Irving ticket, the Plano episode would have just been another speeding ticket, not an arrest and search. Moral of the story: Pay your damn tickets!

Well, the combination of the earlier cocaine bust, the fight in the Cowboys preseason camp that got hushed up, the two speeding tickets and possession of paraphenalia charge may indicate that this is a guy who just doesn't like to follow the rules.
