paraphenalia could be ANYTHING....

if there weren't any drugs, unless we know what the paraphenalia was, then it isn't very clear.

No. I'm serious, not series. And I'd like to have all the facts before I presume guilt in anything.

Doesn't Tom DeLay ring a bell. And it's still the same when people assume guilt before all the facts are on the table.
