FReeper Texas Cowboy
Texas Cowboy, you've drilled your last well, you've played your last song, but know the space of your going is vast, and the hearts of family and FReepers are crushed.
The souls you've touched along the way remember your sunny smile, your heart of gratitude, and the willingness to offer help where ever needed.
Once a Marine always a Marine. You lived up to the motto. A stellar example of going the extra mile to hold a little soul in your big hands to take little Texas Termite into your loving heart. To bow your head in prayer for Faith, your own and for your daughter.
Big Bend, Texas.
Texas Cowboy, now you've gone round the bend, Your work here is done. Your dreams of a place for children will live on and come to fruition. Someone will grab the dream and make it happen. I only wish we could have had a Boot Scootin' time before you left. Maybe we did and I did not know it. TC, you are in a far better place now, no pain, no heart break, no sorrow, and with love from many FReepers to cheer you on.

I am sitting in a hotel lobby with a screen so blurry I can barely see it.
And I don't care.
Beautiful tribute!

A beautiful tribute to a great man.

What a beautiful tribute to a wonderful man, who will be missed dearly.
The first time I met TC in person I knew I loved him. The second time we met he gave me one of his TC hugs, and I knew he loved me.
The man had a heart of gold bigger than Texas.
Prayers for Faith & Joel.

I once did know a President,
Away down South, in Texas.
And, always, everywhere he went,
He saw the eyes of Texas.
The Eyes of Texas are upon you,
All the live long day.
The Eyes of Texas are upon you,
You can not get away.
Do not think you can escape them
At night or early in the morn-
The Eyes of Texas are upon you
'Till Gabriel blows his horn.
Sing me a song of Prexy,
Of days long since gone by.
Again I seem to greet him
And hear his kind reply.
Smiles of gracious welcome
Before my memory rise,
Again I hear him say to me,
"Remember Texas' Eyes."
