GOP Pulls Fast One... Tells Dems: Pull Troops Now? Okay, then let's vote!!!!! Tonight. 7 p.m. in House... Ultimate showdown...
Hey Howlin,
I don't think they will ever be back in power. Americans are not as stupid as Dems think they are, and actually resent being treated that way.
As long as the Dems don't understand this, they will continue to wane.
Franks is telling it like it is against the extremeist MUSLIMS!!!!!!!!!!
It wasn't Mr. Murtha's resolution. It was a political stunt that may prove to backfire on the Republicans. They gave Mr. Murtha an opportunity to register some of his reservations about the way the administration has conducted the war in Iraq. It also accentuated the methods and the level to which the Republicans will stoop to embarrass their adversaries. I thought it was an interesting debate, and not the last.
59% agree with Murtha vs. 41% to stay the course.
Hey, don't discount them all.....on tonight's program of 20/20 on ABC, they did a whole episode on.....shopping. :-)
Complete with news breaking information about how some people get ripped off buying jewlery on eBay.

"They've been itching for a fight for a long time," Rep. Marsha Blackburn , R-Tenn., said of the Democrats.
Bring it on.
Those can be clerical errors. If it was, it was corrected in time. Or somebody saw how badly it was losing and changed their mind forgetting that it was on the record when they first voted yea.
WTG Franks!!!
> I am amazed....Pelosi voted against the resolution....
Well if you heard the shrew speak, you will already know the 'Rat talking points for the weekend. To wit:
1) This was not Murtha's bill, but a cheap Republican substitute.
2) This was beneath the dignity of the House...
3) to pull such a "stunt."
4) We need a full and fair debate on the war.
I know... it's incredible, isn't it? I run the "FoxFan" ping list around here, but I've completely given up on Greta. She should be on Court TV, or Fox should start up its own court/missing persons/whodunit channel IMHO.
I still have Fox News on most of the time, though... Brit Hume's "Special Report" is my fave.
That about sums it up alright.
Then let them spin. Right now, it is a victory.
You SHOULD be happy.
in some way i feel sorry for them, they get sold out by their party more than we conservatives ever do.
Face it, most Democrats support immediate withdraw from an "illegal invasion of Iraq by warmongering, fascist Amerikka". oh, forgot to mention "Halliburton".
But so few democrats have the b@lls to go on record. It must be infuriating for the left.
In a way, one can actually respect the 3 who voted for the resolution. I think they're wrong, but at least they have the guts to be wrong in a minority of 3.
There were a lot more democrats who agree with them but are too chickensh!t to sign their name on the resolution.
(kinda like some of our guys on illegal immigration...hehe, sorry)
I already pray for them every night. I'll thrown in something extra for them, God'll understand what I mean.
Amen!
Gotta love the Pajama Media!
I look back ruefully at all those years when the media could keep us in the dark.
McDermott just said Iran intstead of Iraq,. LOL
Murtha said " Our troops have become the enemy."
By Monday, most conservative shows should have the sound bite.
---
Murtha had a Stockdale moment when he uttered those words is my best guess.
I'll leave it at that..
