Murtha's district is very pro-war. He keeps getting re-elected due to the gerrymandered districtHoly cats! That's one hell of a creative district map.

Let them call it what they want. The vote is the only thing that matters.

I second that, I am far from poor and my son served a year in Iraq and received 4 medals for heroism. He re-enlisted. I am so angry that the democrats want to pull out. Don't they ever study history?

[...Vote to support the troops or not...]
Forces Dems to make ugly, non supportive, anti-American statements on record.

These Democrats are truly anti-American. Unbelievable!

He's now asking Hunter how he'll vote on his own resolution. They're calling it the Hunter resolution that doesn't provide for the safety of the withdrawing troops. They're scrambling to deflect it away from Murtha.

Hope you are right. However dangerous it is, he should somehow appear in public for the Iraqis. That would do more to crush this terrorist "uprising" than anything.

Dems vote no on a Republican resolution for "immediate withdrawal."Except that Murtha introduced the resolution yesterday and the Republicans are bringing it up.
Nobody is fooled by this. Murtha got all the great press yesterday and is now being hoisted on his own petard.

The broadcast started with Kerry in full support of mutha followed by a selected quote of Kyl countering Kerry, but the words they take are "shouldn't question someones patriotism".
This makes it appear that Kyl disagrees with the Whitehouse taking issue with mutha's statement to withdraw.

I flipped there, saw Harmon and switched back to FOX... can't take Harmon..... Dan Senor on FOX right now laying it out what damage these turncoats are doing all in the name of taking back congress next year and getting plum committe heads by pandering to the left.
To: sinkspur
They're spinning it away from Murtha, since the chair declared that this was a resolution introduced by Hunter, a Republican.

This Tierney's shouting doesn't help him make any sense.
