Right now it's a procedural vote to force a vote on the "withdraw now" resolution. So we have to win this vote to force the members to vote on the withdrawal resolution.

So what happens now? It's a tie at 203 to 203, unless I need glasses. Ooops.. someone just changed their vote while I'm typing. Now it's 204 for the Yea's and 202 for no's.
