THIS IS ME AGAIN FOR YOU THAT ARE ASKING DOUG'S SCREEN NAME I BELIVE WAS MORGAN'S RAIDER . HIS EMAIL WAS Jlawtile's@walmart connect .com . I know that he was alway's here weather you knew or not . I found him in the bedroom floor on Friday morning 11/4/05 between 2 and 3 am . They think his kidney's locked up only had one with a stint , filled up with a over load of potassium wasa not filtering poisioned his system heart was 4 times the size and weak then threw a anurisium . I tried to do cpr but i freaked. I am in the nursing feild but i paniked . I feel so guilty . I have told his family i want to be as close as posible to them . Our thoughts and prayers are with you and our departed friend. So often we blame ourselves for some aspect of the dying process. It is self-defeating, let the unwarranted guilt go. You have to.
In your posts today, you have earned our respect and we recognize your love. Morgan's Raider was a lucky man to the day he died.

I am so very sorry to hear this. Doug was at my place for a Freekper rifle match in 2001 when I met him. We had a good getting acquainted visit and shooting competition.

April, as other have said you did what you could in a situation most of us have never been in. You have no need of guilt.

God bless you and his family, and hold your head high April. You're a hero for trying. Many would have completely panicked and done nothing, or even worse--tried something they were not qualified to do.
