I don't care what anyone says; no one has proven Alice did not fall down the rabbit hole.

Even if what she says is true and a rich child of privilege used his father's influence for a cushy tour in the service, who the f*** cares??????

Lying, lying, and more lying.
It's all they know.

Listen, some of my favorite neighbors are pro-Bush, and they're surprisingly decent people. I missed that gem the first read through. What a condescending @$$hole!

Dune is totally out of my realm. But I really like Linda Hunt who co-starred in the Killing Fields where she played a male photographer. It was brilliant acting.

We all walk our dogs. That's how I got to know Mary Mapes and her husband, Mark Wrolstad. Her mother died. She inherited a sweet old Labrador retriever. My 140-pound Weimaraner didn't like her Lab. That kind of thing. That settles it, Mary Mapes was right!
To: Tarpon
Special people walking their special dogs in their special enclave demonizing the lower classes who (gasp) dare question their integrity.
Somehow Orwell and farmhouses come to mind. "Some pigs are more equal than others."
They must have to watch where they step in that special dog park.

Yep! It wasn't the Killing Fields - the movie was about the killing fields in Cambodia. She played Billy Kwan.
The Year of Living Dangerously (1982)
Directed by Peter Weir
She was brilliant as Billy Kwan, the photographer.
Extraordinary casting.

It's just bull. You don't need an expert to know that a memo written 40 years ago can't possibly line up exactly, EXACTLY(!) with something somebody cranks out in thirty minutes on his computer in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman. It's simply impossible. Smaller probability than the monkeys producing the collected works of Shakespeare. I know. That's why I'm curious to see what "experts" she has found who say this is possible!

The 60 Minutes "Foster Suicide" episodes won my award for the most fraudalent garbage produced by that program.
For anyone familiar with the case it was clear that the only words in the episodes that weren't lies were "a" "the" and "Vince Foster".
The rest was total fabrication and coverup.

she would be better suited for science fiction
Hey--stop insulting science fiction. There are many talented authors with great ideas writing SF. (Click on my screen name for more info.)
Science fiction is not just throwing excrement at the wall to see if it sticks.
I know Ms. Mapes, and she is no science fiction writer. :-)

I'll be honest and say I hope nobody ever compares two of my signatures. I never sign the same way twice, and they vary wildly.

Hey--stop insulting science fiction. I hear you. Back in the 60s Eric Von Dankinen p'ed me off when he wrote "My ideas might sound like Science Fiction, but..."
I know Science Fiction, Science Fiction is a friend of mone. And you, Eric are not Science Fiction.
