I voted for Kilgore, but the damn robocalls have got to stop! I found myself getting madder and madder at the party every time I got one of those blasted calls.
They do it because it is the only way to get those busy working people-- who don't even know it's election day--out to vote. The Dems do it, too. If the Republicans stop making the calls, the turnout will drop drastically and they will lose.
Eventually, they will get sophisticated enough to allow people to "opt out" of reminder calls.
They'll stop when enough people make it a policy to keep score and vote against the candidate who committed this gross incivility the most frequently.
