I voted in California this morning and remain cautiously optimistic for a Pubbie victory. If not a total victory, at least a substantial victory. Any kind of victory provides momentum for more ballot initiatives next year. We need to bypass the state legislature and take the vote directly to the people. Next year I would like to see substantive public employee pension reform. The effort failed this year, but it only a matter of time before we have to face this issue. Otherwise the public employee unions will bankrupt California.

BTW, I voted no on 79 & 80 and yes on everything else.
