Family members are investigating what they consider to be suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a nursing home patient at the center of a life and death tug-of-war reminiscent of the Terri Schiavo tragedy.
Seventy-nine-year-old Jimmy Chambers died in the early morning hours of Oct. 24 after the tracheotomy tubes that deliver oxygen from a ventilator to a hole in his neck became unhooked. Family members were told Chambers, a resident of the Anne Maria Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in North Augusta, S.C., apparently pulled the interlocking tubes apart.
"We're having it investigated. We're just incredulous," Chambers' daughter, Deanna Potter, told WND in reference to her siblings. "The last time I saw dad he was blowing me a kiss. I blew him one and he blew one back."
The retired dispatcher for Holland Motor Express died approximately 10 hours later. His death certificate indicates he died of "natural causes."
"Apparently, suffocation is a 'natural cause' when you're on a ventilator. We're contesting that," said Potter. "He suffocated. He didn't just pass away. He struggled and fought. And I'm just so angry."
Potter estimates it would have taken 10 to 14 minutes for her father, deprived of oxygen, to fall unconscious, and questions why the nursing home staff didn't come to his aid.
"The oxygen-saturation meter and his ventilator both would have had alarms going off. Four-thirty, five o'clock in the morning you'd think someone would hear this," she added. "That's the thing that really bothers me and makes me suspicious."

Seems more likely it's giving him another way to be guilty.
Yes. Not afraid enough.

"He has just announced the formation of the Terri PAC, a political action committee founded to "restore personal freedoms and individual human rights." If you think this is a bit ridiculous, then you are sadly unaware of the immensity of the culture of death into which America is nearly fully immersed. "

I'm still fascinated with the highly unusual injuries shown by the bone scan, namely, the compression fracture on her spine along with injuries to the back of adjacent ribs, and the bone bruise on her right thigh. That gives a picture of two blunt objects pushing against her back and leg with enormous force. It's hard to imagine what could apply such force at those two points but Michael's knees, pinning her down as he cut off her oxygen.
Note that those injuries cannot be attributed to resuscitation efforts, which sometimes injure ribs from the front but not from the back.
I do not think Terri "collapsed." I think she must have been wrestled to the floor.
> Seems more likely it's giving him another way to be guilty.
That's the whole dispute. Right now there is NO explanation for Terri's injuries and Michael has NO alibi. The baseless notion that there might have been a mystery intruder takes all the heat off. The message is: "somebody else did it."
That is all that the unwashed (including the press) will hear. You could show them Michael's signed, notarized contract for a Mafia hit on Terri. They would find a way to twist it into exoneration for him.
Another HUGE thing you give up with this "mystery intruder" is the story. We have pieced this together from many sources. We know that Michael and Terri had a raging fight that day, and we know why. We know that he has a violent temper and was fully capable of hurting Terri. We know that he has the profile of a jealous husband and controller, exactly the kind of man most prone to domestic violence (and we also know that DV is the most common cause of injury in young women). Michael's cruelties and denial of therapy to Terri later, during the years of her internment, fit the same pattern. And at the end of it, his triumphant boast on her tombstone -- "I kept my promise." You can just hear the rest of it sotto voce -- "I told you I'd kill you, b*tch!" This is a man for whom no kindness to Terri was too small to refuse; a man who held a bitter grudge all those years; the man who DID kill Terri.
That whole story -- you could call it the historical record -- is mooted by the baseless notion of a mystery assailant.
What do we get in return? An alibi, free of charge, for a man who doesn't have one: "Somebody else did it."
If you want to go that way, FIRST find facts to support the theory. Otherwise it's a fairy tale, and imo, a destructive one.

IIRC, wasn't the Pope's "LAST statement to the WORLD" about the evilness in denying Terri water?
That is what I remember coupled with the timing of his passing just then.

EXCERPT ONLY: Attorney Questions If Law Firms Exempt From Prosecution?
TALLAHASSEE, FLA---Are Florida law firms exempt from investigation and prosecution under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act?
Judge Greer is/was a shareholder. Judge Greer has to defend his sorry reputation the rest of his life. They cannot bring Terri back. They murdered her.
Greer is A LAWBREAKER in addition to being cold and evil.
He signs the orders so that lawyers and realtors can take money and property from wards (before the family members arrive here to find out what's happened to their relative).
You don't want to be alone in Pinellas County. They will prey upon you. Remember J. Greer would not allow State Auditor Melton to audit the books for wards of Pinellas Cty. THE AUDACITY! It is a dictatorship. I like to call him the blind sheik.
CBS edited the Pope's dying words
WOW! Didn't know that, FV. So CBS thinks if the truth hurts (greer), we'll just make it disappear.
Thank God, God's Word always was, always will be and will always remain the same - He ain't changing HIS LAWS for anyone, even one that poses as a judge.
A Vatican cardinal denounced the death Thursday of Terri Schiavo, saying removing the feeding tube that was keeping her alive was "an attack against God."
Portuguese Cardinal Jose Saraiva Martins, head of the Vatican's office for sainthood, told reporters that "an attack against life is an attack against God, who is the author of life."
