I think two people get indicted, Libby and Wilson. Libby gets indicted for Providing False Info to the GJ, Wilson for Disclosing Classified Info. Miller walks because she made a deal with Fitzgerald.

That would just totally demoralize the MSM. First a nobody from the White House gets indited. Then Wilson a vocal critic of the White House and MSM darling goes down. And lastly one of their own saves her own hide by cutting a deal.

Judith Miller said in her article that the aspen remark referred to a festival in Wyoming. A couple of years ago, she was there, and a cowboy rode up to her and said hello. When she didn't reply, he said, "It's me, Scooter. Don't you recognize me?"

They could have ended this in one day by checking the law and Plame's covert status. One week if they are slow readers. She openly drove to work every day at the CIA and had not been assigned out of the country in the past five years. That does not fit the law, so no law was broken. What a waste of taxpayer money!

If Libby is indicted, Bush should announce that he had been fired. Not say that Bush had fired him, nor that Cheney had fired him, only that he "had been fired." When the reporters ask who fired him, he should repeat that he "had been fired." Just like Clinton did with Craig Livingstone.

If Libby did it all on purpose with mens rea, he isn't as culpable as Craig Livingstone - vulnerable to hundreds of counts of the felony that sent Chuck Colson up the river for a year - was, and Craig Livingstone wasn't even investigated by a prosecutor!!
