As I posted earlier on this thread, Lewis Libby IS a criminal defense lawyer, and a very good one. Marc Rich didn't hire him for nothing. He probably thought (a) I am not lying, so I have nothing to worry about, and (b)I know how these things work, I don't need to spend 50 grand on a lawyer to tell me what I already know.
Remember, witnesses to a grand jury are not allowed to have their attorney in the room with them when they testify. The most a lawyer could have done for Libby was to rehearse his testimony beforehand; they would have had no way of knowing who else had testified or what they had said. When Libby was confronted with Russert's and Cooper's testimony, he had no choice but to stick to his story and hope for the best.

Wouldn't this provide good grounds for Libby's defense attorneys to claim bias, ask for change of venue etc?
Wilson's attorney is on Fox saying that there will be more "proceedings" in front of the Grand Jury.
Again saying Wilson told the truth and was attacked.
Wilson says the office of the president is defiled.
He says he's going to make speeches, but leave Valerie and the kids alone!

At No Such Agency we used to joke that the Kremlin knew what was going on just by which license plates were in the parking lot at any given time.
If you drive your own car to Langley or 'The Building' you aren't classified or covert. Anyone with eyes and a internet capable computer can find out who you are by the plate on the back of your car. Plames job description might be classified (many intel job descriptions are), but fact she worked for the CIA wasn't.
I didn't think Hillary stole enough spoons to be rich enough for J F'n K. Maybe she traded in those spoons for more commodity futures that hit big.
