The "I don't recall" defense is not foolproof. Bill Clinton tried that one, saying he couldn't recall if he'd been alone with Monica Lewinsky. He was forced to admit t A) that he'd been having an affair with her and B) he wasn't an exhibitionist, screwing around in public. Therefore he obviously lied when he said he wasn't sure if he'd been alone with her. He had to have been. Oh, I'm sorry, that's about sex so balnket immunity(D) applies.
Sorry, I don't believe that. Fitzgerald would show whether or not indictments are handed out. He's not going to let the Media control his court and what has occurred.

I don't think there is any doubt this was coordinated by the DNC, but I also think it was a very poor strategy. Not that I want them to be successful, but I think it would have worked out better for them if they had done this at a slow drip. Now, it just looks like a piling on, and the political stunt that it is. Most voters don't look favorably on that. Howard Dean is an amateur.
Imus is not to be believed. Two days ago, he was calling for Matthews to be fired for being so rabid and out of control.

I heard that Fitz "may keep him under investigation". What a crock. Maybe if they dig deep enough they will find a parking ticket not paid or something.

If Libby gets indited I think there is a few reporters that should be as well. There is no way Miller forgot who her source was after sitting in jail all that time to protect it.

Give direction? That means one thing to me, and it confirms what I've said all along. This seemingly trivial case based upon a non-crime, has morphed into perhaps one of the biggest stories of our republic. Fitzy could actually be setting up a new grand jury to investigate how the CIA launched a coordinated attack to undermine a sitting president in order to cover up their own flaws, failures, and corruption in the oil for food debacle.
That's my theory and I'm sticking to it!
The media should be frog-marched through a cattle chute and subsequently prodded with a cattle prod as they make their way up the chute.
