Special Prosecutors = Loose Cannons.
This is all Dick Nixon's fault. Ever since he lost his mind and appointed political enemy Archie Cox as Special Prosecutor, these positions have been disasters. Executive Branch misconduct should be investigated by Congress, not loose cannon prosecutors.

I heard him [Novak] say that when he called CIA, they did not go through the usual "please, please don't print here name" or "DO NOT PRINT HER NAME!!! WE COMMAND YOU" routine. [Of course, I paraphrased] In fact Novak said they were pretty much indifferent.
