Per Fox News...
fitz giving lame churlady like baseball analogy.
I can't see it, but I hear that the prosecutor looks like a hound crapping peach pits? Good!
`If it looks bad, don't eat it; if it tastes bad, spit it out.'
Now, eat every bite Fitz.
Can you believe this crap!
I'd like a baseball bat about now.
Oh Lord. Baseball analogy.
Weak baseball analogy.
What baseball game is he talking about? The Astros?
He's talking so fast I can't understand what the dickens he's saying.
So Scooter his someone with a baseball?
Unfortunately a prosecutor has no obligation to pursue the truth - they are PROSECUTORS
Fitz will be keeping grand jury open.
Baseball analogy - oh, the horror, please end this now - he is completely babbling.
Okay, the baseball analogy was utterly pointless.
Folks,
Please don't be too harsh on Fitzgerald. He is a Patriot, IMHO, and you should read up on what his past is and what he has done for our country.
This is not too different than what Clinton was convicted of as to two of the counts.
Obstruction of Justice
Perjury
It is not Fitzgerald's fault for what Libby said. It is however Fitzgerald's job and integrity to prosecute if he feels someone lied. He is doing that. Libby made choices, and it is up to a court to decide if he is guilty or not.
Me, I trust Fitzgerald's reputation, track record, and integrity.
Don't lower ourselves to what the dems did in response to Clinton. we are better than that.
Take the high road.
And before you go off on me, you better read my previous posts around here.
All this will come out in the trial unless Libby makes a plea and there is no trial. There will be plenty of time for the process to take place.
How about we focus on what is known right now in this indictment.
Yes, there was no one charged in the leak investigation. The Grand Jury is expired.
But that doesn't excuse someone from lying in front of a Grand Jury or during the investigation.
Regards,
Joe
Thank you :-)
"Well, if her cover was blown, why didn't he charge somebody with that?"
Bingo! Listening live, it sounds like he's actually indicted Libby for lying to reporters as well as the GJ.
His voice is quivering and he did not explain the law regarding covert agents.
The investigation is not over. Substantial bulk is completed. Consider other matters.
His baseball analogy is weak. Should we ban Libby from baseball?
What is this damfoolery about baseball batters now??
this is is nuckin futz
LOL!!
That's a pathetic baseball analogy. Hit in the head? Sure, if the Wilsons were doing the pitching.
LOL!
Seems clear that Libby purposely lied to mislead an investigation.
Fitzgerald has done a good job of finding and identifying a tree. But did he notice the forest?
It was the longest weirdest baseball story I ever heard.
