Seems clear that Libby purposely lied to mislead an investigation.

It's still not clear to me. I can't figure out if Libby is being indicted for his lies to the press. That is not a crime and it doesn't even mislead the investigation, since the lies were to have occurred before the GJ was empaneled. If he did lie in front of the GJ, I want to see the untrue sentence he uttered.
