It would be nice if we could get the defense side of the case.

Firz:
the role she (Plame) was "believed to play in sending Mr Wilson to (africa)" - uhm no Mr Fitz - SHE did play that role - it isn't believed, it's a fact.

BTW, you'll notice a conspicuous absense of Lugsoul's grave crime scenario.
LOL

what the heck is Fitz saying? You got me. I'm having a hard time following what he's saying.

I can't follow it either. I am pretty well-versed in this case, but there are too many dates, names, and instances for me to follow this.
All reporter questions to this guy will be softballs. I think I will wait for further information from someone who can explain it.

If you hadn't figured it out yet, Russert says he didn't know.
To: MinuteGal
You described the situation for Rove and by extension, Bush, just perfectly...
It is like having a choice between getting a spanking when you are young, or being grounded...
I much preferred a spanking..getting the punishment over...than being grounded for a week!!

Little bit late to be shopping for an attorney -- he should have had one on board all along -- smacks of arrogance.

Fitz sure seems nervous!!! Yep, shaky voice, sweaty forehead, dry lips, fidgety.......
To: hummingbird
It seems like he's being indicted for allegedly lying to Tim Russert.
In fact, I suspect that's the truth of the matter.

Since when did LYING to reporters become a crime?
To: PMCarey; Siena Dreaming
Didn't know that, although I wouldn't put it beyond Clinton to quibble on the meaning of "alone" either, like those SS agents. Thanks.
To: Carolinamom
Well that's what it sounds like to me! What the hell?
To: prairiebreeze
Ditto that, prairie.
Imagine an ongoing investigation being played out in the press. Outrageous!

To: Peach
It's not, he's tainting any new evidence that might arise on either side of this.

Geez, what an embarrassment. The left oughta be ashamed for glomming onto embarrassments like this loser Fitzgerald.
