Tell that to Andrea Mitchell!!! Andrea Mitchell's reporting on this has been just awful, I agree.

I got news for you. The Public didn't even know about Berger for a whole year. It was leaked. His attorney was furious and said Berger was cooperating and the leak was not nice.

which confirms Andrea Mitchell's statement - and is exactly why all these reporters who claim that they did not know Wilson's wife was CIA before they talked with Libby and Rove - ARE LIARS. But of course, Fitzgerald is just letting that slide by.
To: Seamoth
He was caught at actually committing prejury, no.Oh, so he was never alone with Lewinsky, eh? [his testimony]

He really ought to shut the hell up because he should be investigated for outing an agent on the Senate floor.
To: Howlin
He says because the President mislead us into war

The judge assigned to the case does not bode well for Libby per Greta. Couldn't decipher his name but she said this judge is known to hand down LONG sentences.
To: Howlin
Greta on FNC yapping about how bad it is this is before Judge Walton (?) - that he sentences for the longest he is allowed.
Wishful thinking. They have to convict him first, Greta.

If he says "I don't remember" then they hound him every day. It's a real trap. In a genuine trial, you can say it, but in a GJ, it only hurts.
But it seems that he isn't even being indicted for lying to the jury. Let me repeat: It seems...

I thought Novak has said he DID NOT get the name from anyone in the WH.
I have a vague recollection that he said he did not get the name from a Republican. Time for me to google.
