Well, FWIW, I think he'd be better off being named as a co-respondent in a divorce suit than indicted.

He's saying that Libby "set the Grand Jury off in the wrong direction?"
To: PhiKapMom
Thats why he threw the book at Libby. It is the new favorite trick of a prosecutor who is holding a losing hand... pile charges on to try to get the target to plead out. Discovery is going to be hard on the left, and show the whole matter to be the sham that it is.
This shows how far our 'justice' system has deteriorated.
To: Howlin
Cooper (Mandy Grunwald's husband) word and notes are taken as fact - and this is the basis for one of the perjury charges against Libby?

I agree. Not good for Libby, but better than expected for the White House.
To: frankjr
Napalitano is saying Libby facing up to 25 years in jail. Um, I don't think so....can you say "pardon".
To: frankjr
I can't wait for Bob Novak to open up with his information.

Yo, dipwad, how can you have a trial about lying when you don't talk about what you're suppose to be lying about?
To: mewzilla
That is exactly what I was thinking. Divorce is easier.
To: Howlin
it seems very strange that there would be no other people being indicted. something stinks here.
