The Miers nomination was an anomaly and is unlikey to occur again. NONE of the potential nominees have been scared away by what happened to Harriet Miers, LOL! If anything was going to frighten away nominees it is the possibility of the kind of Liberal attacks backed by the MSM upon Bork and Clarence Thomas.

Fortunately, conservative nominees are strong enough to face any challenges the LEFT might throw their way.
