Congratulations! The White Sox had a good season. Really good games played. don't watch much baseball, myself (except when my boys played little league), but I enjoyed watching the games. I know that Monsignor at our church, which is right next door to the Astro's stadium, will be happy to sleep again. :^)

Chicago, Chicago
That toddlin' town
That toddlin' town
I'll show you around (I love it)
Bet your bottom dollar
You'll lose the blues
In Chicago, Chicago
The town that Houston
Couldn't shut down
On State Street, that great street
I just wanna say
They do things they don't do on Broadway, SAY HEY
You'll have the time
The time of your life
I know a man
He dancing now with his wife
In Comiskey, my home joint!
You're the greatest, ChiSox!

I'm so sorry... I was cheering for the Stros along with you. The Astros are a fine team... NL Champs! I just know we'll see them again in the post-season next year.

Dye wins MVP--well deserved. Could just as easily gone to Crede, Konerko, Pods, the whole pitching staff. . . .
Point is: TOTAL TEAM EFFORT!!!!!
This will be the only time I'll quote Howard Dean:
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually they haven't won it since 2000.
To: Velveeta
Maybe Cubs vs. Astros next year. ;-) Again, that's not a possibility. .....at least for a World Series matchup.
(The both play in the same league)

I am sick of the Yankees, hopefully they'll be out of it for years to come.

If Steinbrenner keeps sticking his nose into things they won't be.

Thanks for cheering! Hey, only 1 team out of the whole bundle can win, overall it was a good year.

As a Cardinal fan, I noticed that the Astro's did NOT come out of the dugout to congratulate the Sox.
Astro's are a "classless" organization.
