With all due respect to those who are upset by this, the tragedy lies in the death of the babies. By comparison, how their remains are handled after death is a rather petty issue.

I would agree with you if someone did not pay cash for those remains.
It makes a free market for death.

Yes, the murder is repulsive. But the minds that make use of such crime is more horrifying...

I'm curious as to how you'd find an item, if sold on E-bay, like a lamp shade made of stretched skin from what was once a Jewish man with a tattoo, a victim of a Nazi concentration camp murder. Wouldn't you find it a tad repulsive? It has really happened in human history. Fetal Frankenstein research is also another horror of human history. Shouldn't mankind have more dignity for the living? Shouldn't this cannibalism stop?

IMO how you handle a corpse says a lot about how you regard a living being. And those who lack respect for the vessel, usually lack respect for the life it once contained.
Indeed, in a sense we are all corpses to those who do not respect life; objects and commodities due no special regard.

With all due respect, this hellish practice is a precurser of harvesting body parts from aborted fetuses (and another potential source of income for Planned Parenthood et al).

Sure, as petty as the Nazis using the corpses of dead Jews to make soap or lampshades, or harvesting their gold teeth.

The tragedy is really in how ghoulish some in our society have become. There are truly anthropophagi among us.

But we need to demolish the lie that aborted tissue can serve a positive or even unique role in research.

Your priority is correct but we can't overlook all the other lies that are peddled to support the practice.

Somebody's making money from the abortions. Blood money.
