For me, casual isn't as bad as immodest. There's one woman at the church I go to that regularly comes in dressed like she's ready for a night on the town ( a hooker, actually); spaghetti straps, low cut, skin tight. The teens do the camisole thing. That simply cannot be condusive to worship for a number of the men out there.
Exactly correct. There is one particular girl at my church, with a surprisingly nicely shaped bottom for a teenager, who seems to own nothing but skin tight jeans (you know, the kind you have to zip up on the side to get into).
Major distraction for myself and several others I've caught looking. But how do you get the situation corrected without it looking like you've been ogling her for a while?
Camisole tops by themselves are totally inappropriate for church.

Y'all need to send these folks over to my church! I go every Sunday, and never see this type of attire.
Today, years after conversion and our marriage, she'd never do that. But even for those Christians who still do that, I prefer to let them come in "immodest", than to not come in at all.
