What you just described, could be used to describe my wife, when she first walked into the church I was attending, before our marriage. She looked "immodest". Plenty of skin. Hey, the church is for sinners, right?

Today, years after conversion and our marriage, she'd never do that. But even for those Christians who still do that, I prefer to let them come in "immodest", than to not come in at all.

I agree. As they mature they will learn better and do better. OTOH, maybe the ones, the males in particular, who have such a problem with these ladies need to check themselves and examine why they are looking in the first place. Seems to me there are still a lot of church folk more concerned with what others are wearing than they are listening to the pastor.

Myself, I would much rather be in a sanctuary with a couple of hundred ill dressed sinners coming to know the Lord and His saving grace than I would a bunch of well dressed busybodies.
