There is no jury in the world that can fairly distinguish between "hate" and "frustration"; "hate" and "politically incorrect"; "hate" and "spiteful"; "hate" and "politically motivated"; or "hate" and "anger".
Our founding fathers understood that any limitations on our right to peaceably assemble would signal the beginning of the end of a constitutional republic.
