TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Police used tear gas to break up a rock-throwing crowd that had gathered to protest a planned march Saturday by the National Socialist Movement.
At least two dozen members of a Roanoke, Va.-based group that calls itself "America's Nazi Party" had gathered at Wilson Park just before noon and were to march under police protection.

Cincinnati had some black riots in early 2001 that similarly got almost zero MSM attention. It was quite amazing, as they certainly deserved it. The whole event was later completely overshadowed by 9/11.

Good question. Morris Dees managed to convince a civil jury that Metzger was responsible, that's all. I don't agree with this kind of verdict, since it bypasses the criminal courts and criminalizes conduct that is not otherwise illegal. Metzger is scum but murder is a criminal offense and should be judged under criminal law; laws under which he was not guilty of anything. We should think twice before we cheer verdicts like this and the O.J. Simpson civil suit.
FNC is saying the building on fire is a tavern
Fox now reporting the burning, looted building is a tavern. Yep, angry "protestors" loot a tavern, carting off free booze. This is crazy!
Watching this unfold, all I am seeing is looting and arson by organized members , and the police are doing nothing. We have the same problem in our neighborhood, so I cannot sympathize why these looters are angry, that has no basis,
Our news and leaders here try to tell us our gang members are poor and need a break and we and then often call people are racists to protest gangs which are organized on the basis of race! But this has nothing to do with racial tension gang activity this is lawlessness that is taking place all over, and it just so happens that any who is not of color that tries to call for heightened police patrols are called the trouble instigators and supremacists!
Like I said I don't know what has happend here, but all I saw was looting arson and lawlessness, I dont give a hoot how it got started, since this issue is the real crime, and it is going on all over....
Are you out of your frickin mind? Do you even know what is goin go on there? The Nazis left and the crowd that is looting and rampaging consists mainly of black americans, most likely gang bangers, once again leading the charge on looting and destroying private property. I guess they got jealous of the NO looters.
This is not about Nazis it is about gangs and other lawless elements taking advantage of a situation to loot and cause problems. I hope some home owners are shooting some of these SOBs.

Looking at the chopper footage, there doesn't appear to be any white people in that specific area. We don't see any.
They are saying, the march or protest never even happened and was cancelled!

The Nazi protest was to protest gang violence in the neighborhood. I think they made their point.
It has been a mostly Polish neighborhood for years. It's where immigrants settled.

Well, I'm not sure how you know "exactly" what they wanted unless you were a member of their group. You could be correct, though. We know they were there to protest gang activity and violence against whites in the area. I don't see why they would want 100x what they were there to protest, unless to show the world they were right. Sadly, the mob lent a considerable amout of credence to their other-wise lame cause.
