Black Conservatives To Address Farrakhan’s Millions More Movement; Racism and Hurricane Katrina; Bill Bennett’s Comments and More in D.C.
Los Angeles- What role did racism play in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina? Are establishment Black leaders exercising legitimate moral authority or simply fleecing their constituencies? Just days in advance of the Millions More Movement event slated for Washington, DC on October 14-16, prominent Black conservatives from across America will gather to address these and other timely issues confronting Black Americans and the nation at large. The Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny (BOND) and The Heritage Foundation are co-sponsoring Reclaiming Our Destiny: The New Black Vanguard Conference II on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, 1-4 p.m. EST at The Heritage Foundation’s Allison Auditorium (214 Massachusetts Avenue, NE, Washington, DC).
Participants include: Dr. Shelby Steele, Senior Fellow, The Hoover Institution; Peter Kirsanow, Member, U.S. Civil Rights Commission; Linda Porter, Hurricane Katrina Survivor and Founder of Jochebed Education Project; Joseph Phillips, Actor and Columnist; and Moderator, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, Founder and President of BOND.

I HATE IT that our "Black fellow Citizens" are Subjected to such Negative Propaganda.
I KNOW FOR a FACT that "Skin Color" is IRRELEVANT to Intellectual Achievement!
"Black People" should do BETTER in America than they do Anywhere Else--& THEY DO!!
The Problem Is, that "Blacks" are NOT "Entitled to" ANY MORE PRIVILEGES than "WHITES."
The Ultimate Criterion is "Intellectual Achievement;"--& BOTH "Black & WHITE" have shown equal "Scores!"
By ALL "CRITERIA," Black's & Whites should be treated ENTIRELY EQUALLY in the "Job Market!"

Almost every liberal I ever met was a closet bigot who talked about "them" with hostility in the comfort of private conversations. Staggering how often I have found this to be true. Yes, some conservatives are also bigots, but my experience has shown this to be true for liberals far more often. V's wife.
Conservative bigots are up front about being bigots.
It's different than the twisted creepy things you get with liberal bigots. With a liberal bigot there's so many layers of lies, defense mechanisms, superiority, and "attitude" that it's almost impossible to have a real conversation about the issue.
Racists who hold blacks to lower standards of behavior are tipping their hand that they feel blacks are inferior. And that's the liberal way. It's insulting.
