Without jumping ahead, I am back on the post of yours that I'm replying to here. You asked about the mother. I have been off for a couple of hours trying to track down the family units.

No divorce in CO that I can find and their online records are current to present. I have worked with those a lot. At most, they might be a few months behind. If they got a Vegas divorce, those aren't online yet.

Her name is Elaine, middle initial B. In 1999, they bought the house on Hackamore in Colorado Springs, taking out a few seconds over the next couple of years, but oddly enough, paying one off, instead of taking out a new one, in Sept 2002, when JoelIII would have been entering OU as a frosh.

Wife stays on the mortgage papers all the way through till present and hasn't quitclaimed or transferred anything. The house is 7500 sq. ft. and valued at a low tax value of around $160,000. (Cheap market.)

None of the family has shown up in any civil or criminal court records in CO, unless it's one of the other two brothers whose first names I haven't been able to conjure up yet.

Dad JoelJr. started a small software company early this year at his home address (although using the "Suite #100 euphemism ploy to make it seem like an office), named CrowdSystems Corp., which has a website. His is the only name on the incorporation articles (no wife's name, either, which sometimes is included), but another man is named as the CEO on the website and JoeJr. calls himself CTO. I haven't looked him up. There is also a woman's email included for the company, Ruth, no last name.

Also odd for such a very small company (they say so themselves) is that he bothered to incorporate it in Delaware, which seems a bit much.

Of the three sons and two daughters, siblings of JoelIII's, one sister and one brother have spoken to the press. Sister is Berkeley Hinrichs, who lives in Urbana, IL, and is a professional Spanish interpreter. She has a small company there, BH Translations. I believe she is 29, but I can't yet confirm that.

The brother who spoke was Tom Hinrichs, who I believe to be Thomas C., who apparently lives in Calif., or has previously, the only other residence I show for him besides Colorado Springs. I also need to double confirm his age, if 25 or 28.

There seems to also be daughter/sister named Elaine, like the mom, who is 29, same as Berkeley (twins?). But I want to find two sources for these details before saying them as fact.

The dad is a Letters to the Editor writer to some extent and has spoken out in such fashion to his CO Springs newspaper against Ward Churchill. (Is Dad a FReeper, lol?) They are apparently Lutheran by faith, as dad has written a LTE of the national Lutheran magazine, concerning gay rights. I'd have to post it because I can't make sense of what he really thinks, except he's against them.

Let's see. If something else has come out between these posts, I haven't seen it yet, so newer news should prevail.

FWIW, I found someone of perhaps Paki extraction who either lives with or formerly lived at the next door neighbor Rumao Wang, quoted in an OU Daily article. The listing I found for the ME name at 506-C SoonerDr. is undated, but has the same phone number as Wang. Maybe the University still does that--has a Univ phone number in each room that stays with it. They did that all those many years ago when I was there. Or, maybe this person lives with Wang and shares the phone. Oh, heck, maybe they're even married.

If I have more, I'll post later--need to catch up here.

You are right. Although a lot of corporation organize in Delaware for tax purposes it does seem a lot to go through.
Do you also notice shifts in the dad's story about J.H's depression? There are two significant groups I would love to know if Joel was involved in at any time. One is the Christian Identity Movement and the other is Mormon Fundamentalism.

I looked at the Colorado voter roll from last year, and there are two people registered as voters at the address: Joel (father) who is 64 and registered "R", and Steven, age 24, registered "L" [Libertarian?]. No "Elaine" at that address, and no Elaine anywhere in the state who could be the mother based on age. But someone could be just not registered to vote, like lots of people.

Hope this helps.

You are quite the sleuth there. I am justifiably impressed. Thanks for the work.
