I also hate it when any body with a gun and shooting from a building is automatically a sniper. Some of the guys I know are the real deal and if they were in that window, half the police force would be dead by now, including the SWAT guys. So far this bozo has capped off exactly one round from a weapon that is unkown and is probably a handgun and he's a sniper. Sheeeesh.
I just got off the phone with Laurie. She's home from the hospital and sounds wonderful. She's making a very quick, very full recovery. She thanks everyone for their prayers.
She plans to be back on the air doing her show in January.
She does want to clear up one thing however. The rumors that she hit a deer are untrue. She is an animal lover, and would never have done anything of the sort. She says that the deer hit her. <SMILE>
