A bit of connect the dots trivia regarding Washougal.

Remember the "Portland 6" jihadi's from a couple of years ago? One of the incidents that led LE to that cell was the muslims that were target practicing at an old gravel pit out of Washougal, WA. Washougal is a very small, rural town. Just north of Washougal is nothing but woods. It's about 30 minutes from Portland, Oregon.

Here is another article on the found emergency signal. This article says it was found in Camas, WA. Basically the same area as Washougal.

Note: I'm not implying the found emergency signal device is terrorist related, I have to idea. I just find it odd that:
It was found in a shed
It was in Washougal, WA. Nothing ever happens in Washougal :-)
How would someone get such a device and why would they want it.
