You all should learn more before shooting your keyboard fingers off. That's BS. Like I said, *generally* they don't indict at this level unless they feel they have something substantial.
That is a fact. Deal with it. I am not saying Delay is guilty, I am just saying at this level, they do not generally indict willy nilly.

"It's time Republicans started to fight back."
Yes, we've only been waiting 12 years for that to happen. Surely now that the Pubbies have been de-balled (Delay, the only Republican with any in the house is now gone) they will surely be ready to fight! LOL

The Earle of Austin strikes again against a Texas Republican.
It's time for the Texas Legislature to strip Ronnie Earle of his power to prosecute political dealings and transfer that power to the State Attorney General.

I best explain my last; there's nothing "just" about the GOP falling apart to the point where Hitlery walks into the Oval Office in 2008.I completely agree with you there!

Earle didn't have jurisdiction to touch DeLay, so he manufactured a conspiracy charge.

Lott on now --- repeating the old adage about "indicting a ham sandwich" ---
Next in line according to Lott is Roy Bount -- if so, then why Drier?

Not in Travis County, it won't. Libs eat conservatives for breakfast there and you can imagine the Dem high-fives at today's news. Plus they know the MSM will play it up for all its worth - it hurts Bush and it hurts the GOP bad.

Delay should demand an immediate trial
and not allow the prosecutor to sit on
this for a year.

We will only lose the House on one possible issue: the economy.
If the economy holds up, GOP will have no problem holding the House.
Not one voter in 50 could tell you the name of the House Majority Leader or the Speaker of the House. Congressional elections are overwhelmingly local.

I am in the 22nd district of TX, Tom Delay's district. I can assure you unless this clears up soon he is toast. I certainly will not vote for someone under indictment.

LoL. Not only is that not true but this has been expected for over a year. Any semi-competent prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich.
