Toss your cookies (verb phrase)
vomit
Example:
Arnold lost the drinking contest when he tossed his cookies on his opponent.
Celebrity quote:
"I was totally nervous, could barely do my lines and they were taking bets on when I was going to toss my cookies. That never happened. Once I got into the sex, I totally dug that."
-Adult film star Brittany O'Connell on making her first porno movie
There are a huge number of synonyms for this. Toss your cookies is descriptive, as are lose your lunch, blow doughnuts and spew chunks.
The standard, of course, is puke. Though now considered slang, its such a classic that you can find it in Shakespeares As You Like It (the infant, mewling and puking in his nurses arms )
Though the history of puke is uncertain, the word might have come from the sound of puking. However, what that sounds like is a matter of debate. For some, it sounds like yak or barf. Others believe ralph and earl, which are also mens names, come closer. Another sound-alike is buick, and if you want added punch, you can use them together: I went on a drive with Ralph and Earl in the Buick.
....at 54... I actually attended the concerts in the 60s & 70s....
I remember that you did, and that you enjoyed him.. I thought it was a good tune for the times. Glad to hear you are in good spirits!

See ya tonight! (((hugs)))
Van Morrison
What a showman....and he was getting old & fat in the 70s....
Anyone have the complete Saint Dominic's Preview "album" in MP3? I could use a bit of the old man's staccato right now......
I'm feeling a bit under the weather.
Hopefully taking it easy today will prevent a full blown cold.
Hope you have plans for some relaxation this weekend!
Looks like you'll have another long week ahead of you.
Did you hear about the trucks full of ice in Portland on the news last night?
Newspapers? I haven't seen one in 3 days....but that's OK....it's the Houston Comical......and I do not own a bird....
How are you today? Hope you plan on having a peaceful Saturday!
Good mornin' EGS.....good to see you here this morning. I guess that means you got through this with little or no problems. I am relieved for you....and yours. (((hugs)))
Hoax, as has been posted. ;)
LOL! Luckily my paper is pretty fair--plus the comics are really good! :o)
How did you fare during the storm.
