that's the best news of the night if it happens, a very pretty but deadly 5 out in the middle of nowhere that goes to a low 4..I wouldn't bet my life on it but it sounds good!
and will Mr. Lyons take responsibility for those who decide to dig in, off his forecast.

That's not quite what he said. He said the Westerly outflow "could" be blocked, has the potential to be blocked in the coming days. It was a forecast, NOT something that is currently happening.
