Kennedy -- civil rights
Leahy -- Bybee torture memo
Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment
Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties
Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade
Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

Uh Oh... but monkey time.
Katrina, drink. Water references.
CHAPPAQUIDDICK TED UP NEXT!
Here comes drunk Uncle Ted!
Ok... So Kennedy starts with a sloganeering sound bite....
Imagine that??
PUKE! RALPH!
Kennedy talking about morality??????
Manny Miranda wrote in yesterday's Wall Street Journal, that Hatch has terrific staff, who will write every word he reads.
I sensed a bit of a "sour taste" in Miranda's comments on Hatch. I wonder if Hatch was involved in Miranda not being supported when he discovered the judiciary committee dem staff memos last year.
Crying towel, blah, blah, blah...New Socialism=Old Socialism
I like her even more... but that Scalia in skirt took me somewhere I didn't want to go for a second.
Kennedy HAS NO HONOR! He forgets why he is there today.
The RATS control the entire state of Louisana. If racism exists in the aftermath of Katrina, Sen. Kennedy's political party is to blame.
LOL.
Friggin' murderer, talking about civil rights. I really wish Roberts would get a Mary Jo or Chappaquiddick in his response somehow.
"I'm not talking about a handout but a handup."
Isn't Fat Ted the senator who once paid someone else to take a college exam for him?
yup , Fat Teddy Wetbrain in FULL LIAR MODE
We should keep a count of how many slogans he uses. Wonder how many he will use.
And I'm also a looooong suffering Jets fan...family has had season tickets since the FIRST season..so my NFL season is already in the toilet...but pile on anyways..
