The Dem playbook
The Hill newspaper gives us a peek at the Democratic playbook for the Roberts hearings. Below are the attack assignments for the Democratic members of the Committee:
Kennedy -- civil rights
Leahy -- Bybee torture memo
Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment
Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties
Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade
Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

Evidently not in Spectres world. I was going to say in Spectres "mind" but I think he lost that long ago.
Did you hear Specter's list of those who agree with the "super-precedent" BS? Yep. 'Professor Estrich!'
Leahy I think.
Probably Leaky Leahy. I hope his staff wrote out his questions as his mind really is slipping poor fella.
Specter will vote to confirm Roberts in both committee and on the floor.
After Spector should we HOPE for a Dem? Geez.
Apparently not
Leaky...
Now he's trying to argue that his analogy with Rehnquist and Miranda is "pretty good", but Robert's won't agree.
It's more like Specter is trying to convince Roberts that he SHOULDN'T change Roe, rather than asking if he would. "I'm Specter, I'm so smart, you should change your opinion because of what I'm saying to you".
I miss Orin Hatch.
The sad things is that Roberts is doing fine, but in fact I can't think of a single question Specter has asked yet that helps anybody determine whether Robert's would be a good judge or not.
How sad FOX has to explain to their viewers the definition of pro bono. Ok, I suppose it's for those who don't know the meaning of the word IS...
HERE COMES LEAKY LEAHY
He and Snake Spectre are on the same page. Abortion.
Don't fool yourself... this is one evil dying freemason.
Roberts tells Scottish Law he never turned anyone down for pro bono moot court case help work. (referring to the gay rights case)
Byron York in an article in National Review some time ago said that Leahy was the meanest and most disliked senator in the Senate by the other senators. I trust Byron York to get his facts straight!
I thought Leahey gave his opening statement yesterday. WTH is he doing now?
Yep
Excuse me ... but I think I have a tiolet to go clean instead of listening Leahy
A King ???? ... WTH???
Have you noticed how the democrats are so adept at dismissing the only thing that should really mattter, so they can make it sound like we should be electing a judge based on our political persuasion.
