THey are dragging out NO residents and yet keep showing clips of restaurant owners hanging out in their restaurants in the historic district? If the city is unsafe, pull everyone out...if not, leave these residents and their weapons alone!

Besides, the New Orleans cops are probably looking for another Wal-Mart to loot.
