Lt. Rodney Neighbors of the Garland County Sheriffs Department says an 18-year-old Louisiana man has been arrested for and charged with rape.
Glenn Dorsett is accused of raping a 13-year-old mentally challenged girl from New Orleans at the Assembly of God church campground on Hwy. 7 that has been set up for hurricane evacuees. If convicted, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
Lt. Neighbors says Dorsett's adult arrest history since he turned 18 years old includes Louisiana charges of aggravated criminal damage to property, illegal use of weapons, terrorizing, disturbing the peace, criminal trespass, manufacturing - distribution - possessing a controlled substance and possession of marijuana and crack cocaine. Neighbors says his juvenile history is unknown.
Bush's fault too?
I agree.

hummmm...The death penalty.. I like the gator feeding idea myself... The gators get fed, the pos is gone, and hell it costs the good American people nothing!! :o)
Not only should this guy be shut away for life, but he should get no government aid either! Put him in the hole.
Yep. Clean and cheap.
Speaking of which, what do you think about nitrogen asphyxiation as a form of execution?
I went to the NO sex offenders site last year out of curiosity and actually saw on of my old students registered in there!Funny,he never seemed that"type" back then!
Anyway, the most interesting thing about the perps was that almost all the women offenders were convicted of"crimes against nature"which I suppose is a euphemism for lesbian activity.
In many states, that would not even be considered a crime!
Back to the subject at hand-I agree-give homeboy the MAX sentence.
You have to ask?

I never thought about checking to see if they still have their website up. Maybe their pictures are still up. It would be good if they are.
I agree with you about his sentence. They should remove his family jewels and lock him away forever. Where he's going he won't have any little girls to rape, but will be a rape victim himself. Now, THAT'S justice!
Wouldn't dirty a good rope. I would use a staple gun, wood, diesel and matches. He would of course be "affixed" properly to a hefty wooden beam using the stapler. Oh yes, and give him a dull rusty knife so he could either cut bait or burn. That wouldn't be total justice, but if it were my little girl, he'd be lucky if I gave him a knife at all.
Honestly, dont know much about it.

Can you imagine the amount of garbage that we are spreading around the country, mixed in with the "refugees"? Some communities will probably deal with them, but only after they commit another crime.
Supposed to be the perfect execution. The person goes to sleep and then dies. Nitrogen is realeased into the atmosphere with no ill effects.
It's like a better gas chamber.
For some odd reason, rape is the only next-to-unforgivable sin in NO.
IMO, Way to humane. I am fond of the electric chair personally. Lets face it, they are being executed because they have caused tremondous pain to another human being/beings...why allow them to "fall asleep" and have it be over....

I'm too much of softie. I'm really glad our founders put in the "cruel and unusual" clause. Personally, I think if the punk doesn't suffer too much, it'll be fine.
Paper shredders and drawing and quartering, those are probably a bit much.
Guillotine.
Very humane. Won't feel a thing.
Conversely, we can ask Oprah or Sean Penn if they wouldn't mind harboring a young lad who has lost his way.
Why'd ya think most of em are in Texas? Texas aint afeared of using legal civil justice! Maybe some more of the country will grow some, and exercise judicial responsibility!
Kill A Commie For Mommie
Seven Dead Monkeys Page O Tunes
LOL. Kinda messy though.
They are hypocrites, they perp will probably have an
"accident", they'll say "oops!", hold a press conference on why this is a tragedy, that we must coddle criminals more, and Bush is evil, etc, and go back to their million dollar mansions.
What do these people eat to make them so crazy in that town. ... and all this time I thought LA was bad.
