Will Michael Moore turn his cameras on Katrina? The controversial filmmaker is seriously considering turning the devastating storm and its aftermath into a documentary, says a source. It has all the elements that made Fahrenheit 911 such a powerful film, says a source. The political outrage, the human suffering, and the incredible footage. Moores rep didnt have a comment by press time, but Moore certainly isnt being silent about Katrina on his Web site. There is much to be said and done about the manmade annihilation of New Orleans, caused NOT by a hurricane but by the very specific decisions made by the Bush administration in the past four and a half years, he wrote.

He's like two or three Ghandis; or at least two or three times as large as Ghandi. Something like that...

Michael Moore did a cannonball in the Gulf of Mexico shortly before the waves hit the coast.
Hmmm....

Seriously,
I'm on one (non-politcal) forum where this one chick keeps posting stuff by him, and even when she's called on it, she acts like "But he's Michael Moore! He's the TRUTH!"
Ack, stupid twit.

I've noticed that the natural order of things, whenever there is death and tragedy, is that first the flies come, then the buzzards, then Jesse Jackson, then lawyers, and finally, Michael Moore.

The continued survival and successful reproduction of people like that woman serve as prima face scientific data points against The Theories of Charles Darwin. She's example of Survival of The Dimmest!

And by the time the attorneys get through, there isn't much left to snack on except for piles of stool.

I can see it now - zombies walking the streets, dead bodies everywhere, soldier with guns kicking down doors, looters setting fires - yes it's Ray Nagin in "Night of the Cajun Dead", a michael moore - quentin tarantino film, produced by roger corman - with GW as the Voodoo priest from DC who conjures up a big storm to take focus off 9/11 and the war in Iraq, while oppressing minorities and enriching oil companies - ( consider this idea copyrighted as of now by Waverunner) ( that way i can use John Edwards to sue Michael Moore for a cut)

We need to support Mr Moore all we can, look at how much he helped the Dems last election. Please spread the word!

For all the hype that surrounded Fahrenheit 9/11, I suspect that it turned off more voters than it persuaded. After all, Moore did not exactly manage to sway the 2004 election.
How will Michael Moore present Kathleen Blanco and Ray Nagin? Not even the most skilled film editor could make that pair look good.
Let Michael Moore try to walk on the waters that have consumed New Orleans. He will sink.
