Former presidents, Bush and Clinton gave a news conference today. Towards the end, as Bush and Clinton were walking off the stage, at about 10:20 am EST, I heard a female reporter shout a last question that went "how do you respond to rumors that the levees were intentionally opened ?"

I love it when the blacks gripe about blaming ALL looting on blacks. I don't believe the POTUS was behind the CNN cameras showing the skin color of the looters carryong microwaves and TV's.

Apparently you don't understand gravity. The levees are maintained to keep the lake and river waters from going into the big bowl called Nawleens which sits 10-20 ft below the lake which is below the river. The levees need to be repaired and then the water will be pumped out of the bowl called Nawleens into the lake or the river.

Water don't flow uphill all by itself!

It's a victim mentality. Left-wingers have to place the blame on everybody but themselves.

Some people will always have a hand out and then bite the hand that tries to give them a hand UP. This is still America and you can still become anything you want to become. You just have to WANT it enough to sacrifice for it.

There's no excuse for poor people to remain poor. Education in nearly free. There are agencies that will assist with school clothing and school supplies. ANYONE who wants to stay in school and learn can do so. Disabled individuals have agencies to help them.

It's all a "poor me" attitude perpetuated by racist blacks against blacks. If you look at the statistics, there's more black on black crime than there is black on any other 'color' crime. Why? Because the perpetrators know that their victims are undereducated and have been brainwashed to believe that blacks are supposed to protect other blacks at all costs. Sounds a bit like Islam, doesn't it? I'd hazard a guess that might be a reason that Islam is so prevalent among blacks.

What really truly galls me is that blacks who could make a difference (like Waters and McKinney) prefer to step on the skulls of their 'brothers' so that they themselves can remain in positions of power. People like McKinney and Waters want their constituents to remain in a position of servitude.

And those same two play the racist card so well because they've stacked the deck.

This rumor is VERY deliberately being done by the "black leadership" in this country, do not doubt it. By the 2008 election, it will be an article of faith in the black community that the levees were deliberately blown up by Republicans to kill all the black people. They are running out of ways to keep the population on the Democrat plantation, so they are having to resort to pushing vile rumors of Republican genocide. We can look forward to another 95% Democrat vote in the inner cities in the next election. Mix in some vote fraud in the Indian nations, and say hello to President Hillary Clinton and Vice President Barack Obama.

You can see why Clinton beat Bush in '92. People just lap up his lip-biting routine. On the other hand, you can tell Bush Sr.'s heart is the right place, but he comes off as more flippant and detached, "Talk to Barb before you criticize my boy," etc.
