This rumor is VERY deliberately being done by the "black leadership" in this country, do not doubt it. By the 2008 election, it will be an article of faith in the black community that the levees were deliberately blown up by Republicans to kill all the black people. They are running out of ways to keep the population on the Democrat plantation, so they are having to resort to pushing vile rumors of Republican genocide. We can look forward to another 95% Democrat vote in the inner cities in the next election.
