Maybe Mayor Nagin would like to explain this picture before he and the rest of his democratic fellow travelers continue to blast the fed's.
An aerial view of flooded school buses in a lot, Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005, in New Orleans, LA. The flood is a result of Hurricane Katrina that passed through the area last Monday.(AP Photo/Phil Coale)
LOL! Someone has to do it.
Maybe I'm too optimistic, but I suspect Blancl and Nagin will have to answer for this in the not too distant future-- their flailing effort to blame Bush is just odious.
Exactly......
You know what, you're talking to someone who called New Orleans HOME for many years, and I still have relatives who hope to return. I've tried to be polite to you, but you're just either incredibly dense or just determined to be ugly. Some of us are already hurting, and frankly, we can do without your stinking comments. As you seem to be coming from Socialist Central and the state of record for Hollywierd, you've got NO room to talk.
Well, look at the bright side. Nagin did manage to get HIS family evacuated and is quite comfortable criticizing and second guessing efforts safely from Baton Rouge.
Not if Congress gives them a get-out-of-jail-free card. Anyone know if there was anything besides money in that legislation the Senate passed last night?
Nagin said, "God is looking down, and they need to do everything in their power to save people, and they're going to pay the price." Or something close to that.
I can not believe this jerk. Someone get me a direct line to this slime so I can repeat that to his dumb ass, only using past tense.
I wonder when Nagin's family left.
This is what you get when the Democrat base run a city into the ground-- it is VERY, VERY different from the professionalism and sacrifice of the NYPD and FDNY. Maybe if the NOPD didn't have a residency requirement and a desire to have an all black homeboy police force, this wouldn't have happened.

Ultimately, Blanco will go up for re-election. Does anybody know when that is scheduled to happen. And Nagin will to. If the media was operating on anything approaching honesty, the Democrat Party in Louisiana would go the way of the Whigs.
Whew. Thought I'd get flamed, first, throwing religion in here. LOL! But Nagin's doing it, damnit. LOL.
Says God's looking down, 'they' need to do everyting in their power to save people...'they're' going to pay the price. Brother. Guess he doesn't realize God was watching during the days leading up to the hurricane also and he should have done everything in HIS power to save people. DUH.
OKOKOK. I just had to say it. Maybe God wasn't watching. What in the sam hill do I know. Don't anybody flame me. I'll cry.
b b b but, how DARE he?!
bumparino!
New Orleans Escapes Ivan Thursday, September 16, 2004
"We are ecstatic," said Tansy Jones at the mayor's office. "Rainfall was only two-tenths of an inch."
As the storm headed into the Gulf of Mexico (search), packing winds of 165 miles an hour, the city battened down and the airwaves echoed with dire warnings that this would be the long-dreaded hurricane that would inundate the city with 20 feet of water and leave thousands dead. The traffic jams of fleeing evacuees in stalled bumper-to-bumper traffic stretched all the way the Texas.
Warnings had been so worrisome that officials opened the Superdome for people who had nowhere else to go, and 1,100 spent the night on concourses and in the end zone stands.
