I didn't say that, I said topple a government. My point was that we showed our muscle in that situation, this is a humbling showing for all of us. I'm not getting into an argument with you about this. The military has let NO down. IMO. Period.

It's only humbling if you expected too much to begin with.

And another thing, blaming the military is reprehensible. You should maybe take a vacation or something.

The military has let NO down.

The military should follow orders, all things being equal. Those orders should be "shoot to kill" the insurgents and terrorists to restore order, both in NO and in Iraq. Leaders need to give those orders.
