No it is not. Do you live here? Did you experience the devastation in Polk County Florida? You know, it got really dark in Orlando without power, too. Please... spare me the lecture.

Do you live in N.O.? in LA?

Dark is one thing. There are cities south of N.O. that are completely inaccessible still. There are at least ten times the death toll of those three hurricanes, combined; likely ten times the dollar damage; likely more than ten times the hit on US economy; the area has zero fuel for more than a hundred miles in any direction; dozens of miles of major high tension transmission lines gone; no communications infrastructure, even for police and government officials; likely ten times the recovery time. I predict N.O. will not have recovered even half their population three years from now.

You apparently need the lecture - that's why I give it.
