So sorry, hope they are healthy..finally heard from mine (via third party) in Slidell they are ok no report on damage yet..Those in Mandeville ok tree hit their house, windows broken but other wise ok..

You hang tought. Slidell will be rebuilt. Something to think about though, with New Orleans out of comission for a while, the economy will be different now. If your people are in construction or any other similar field, good.
You need to look at the income potential in the area before making long term decisions.
