Every board I go on it's the same strange mix of arguements.. I really don't know what to think. One minute I'm in tears watching what I see on television - the next I'm angry that these people didn't take personal responsibility to get themselves out. Early on you'd see "phone interviews" on Fox - O'reilly spoke to one old woman who was in her 70's.. she had her 90 something mom with her... it wasn't until the next day I remembered her saying the cord was long enough to get to the porch?! So her land line worked? How did she get O'reilly's number? Or how did O'reilly get in touch with her?
The reporting is very confusing .. at times I think they're trying to show it like it is.. then I feel like I'm being manipulated...
sorry- just ranting... I think everyone is frustrated at the situation.. plus I really do not think we can put our arms around the magnitude of the whole thing.

I bet when it is all said and done we will find that there was a lot of PC nonsense going on. The Mayor of NO clearly cannot function properly in an emergency. He needs to step aside and let others run things. In fact, "others" need to just push him aside, but, of course, there are things that can't be done because of PC.
Nonstop convoy for 15 minutes, and still stretch across the bridge as far as they reporter can see.
