Zephyr Field is a minor-league ballpark 7.2 mi W of the city proper, about another 2 mi W is the I-310 interchange, which is the westernmost staging area to get people out.

Evacuating govt offices buildings downtown until next week. People in shelter were in parking garage attempting to steal cars. Employees downtown have been escorted out.

They have closed the parking garage in downtown BR. This is really a mess. Keep your gun with you at all times and don't hesitate to use it. If this keeps up martial law will be declared all over this state. Be careful!
