Agree... Anyone who would infer that signing a treaty that is unenforceable would have prevented this natural event should be required to produce scientific evidence to back up such claims... The press will never do such a thing to one of their favorite sons so we are left to refute this hyperbole...

Interestingly, we met the goals of the Kyoto protocols without the treaty being implemented and without any of the draconian regulations that would have been implemented supposedly to enforce it.
